A Message from the CEO, G. Leslie Fay

This year the Chamber Celebrated it’s 60th Anniversary promoting business and commerce in the Fairfield-Suisun area. The Travis Regional Air Force Committee celebrated its 10th Anniversary. The longevity and success is due to the small town warmth you will find everywhere and the involvement of the business owners. We feel the key to a successful Chamber membership is participation and involvement along with being able to provide the benefits that our membership needs. We listen, we communicate and we act.

The Chamber is the meeting place for the business community. Our state-of- the art office is located in the downtown Fairfield area and hosts dozens of committee, workgroup and task force meetings each month. Our Business After Hours Mixers and other membership events bring the business community together at member locations throughout the area. Our Board of Directors, volunteers and staff represent the business community in hundreds of community projects and initiatives.

As a resource for business owners, here are some things you should know about the Fairfield-Suisun Chamber of Commerce:

  • Approximately 700 member clients in the Fairfield-Suisun Chamber.
  • An estimate of 20,000 jobs represented by our member businesses.
  • The Chamber supports the Military through the Travis Regional Armed Forces Committee of the Travis Air Force Base.
  • The Chamber represents its members on legislative issues before the City Council, County Board of Supervisors, California State Legislature, and the U.S. Congress and Senate.

This all happens because our members provide support to our program of work. Our members are the VOICE of business and our Chamber is the continuing POWER of Fairfield and Suisun.
